New brand crush: Road to Awe

Los Angeles brand Road to Awe, or RtA, is bringing refined streetwear staples with integrated high fashion concepts.

French-born Eli Azran and LA native David Rimokh launched the label back in 2013. Their vision was to “create a movement of like-minded individuals who share a belief that clothing should be used as a form of expression”.

Considering that perfection is more about the journey than the destination, the Road To Awe stands for the constant search for greatness.

Shakira, Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Sara Sampaio, Karlie Kloss, Kourtney Kardashian, Future, Chris Paul, Demi Lovato, Cardi B, Fergie or Sofia Richie are just some of the celebs who joined them on this journey.

Cleverly combined laidback silhouette with rebellious aesthetic, RtA clothing was warmly welcomed among streetwise fashionistas worldwide. And with their constant progress of evolving, the fan base of the brand is rapidly growing.

Road To Awe initially worked with denim and leather only, expanding the line into full women’s and later on men’s collection. The new range offers luxe staples such as signature leather jackets and distressed jeans, alongside T-shirts and sweatshirts with subtle graphics.

Hip and cool, without being pretentious, the collection perfectly captures LA’s streetwear spirit.

Characterized by an expressive approach to design, the collection for women features urban-inspired pieces, shiny accents and glossy finishes. The brand is staying loyal to its roots with biker jeans and patent leather pieces, but also adds a breath of fresh air with all-over sequins on jackets and pants. Although RtA leans towards an androgynous aesthetic, the womenswear collection, made with love in LA, also offers easy to style separates with sensual edge.

The RtA’s girl is, above all, confident and self-aware, and the clothes she wears simply underline her attitude.
